Arsenal v Man City postponement latest: Updates on Premier League clash as snow batters UK
Arsenal will be gunning for revenge against City after their 3-0 pasting in the Carabao Cup Final last Sunday.
But their chance for revenge could be hit if the snowfall and freezing conditions that have gripped the UK cause the game to be postponed.
At present the game will go ahead as planned.
The Emirates Stadium pitch is fitted with undersoil heating so there is no danger of the turf being frozen and unplayable.
But a bigger fear is the area outside the ground being unsafe for fans.
At present there are few delays on the line between Manchester and London meaning there is no reason both teams won't be ready to play ahead of the 7.45pm kick-off.
Snowfall is predicted to continue falling for the rest of Thursday with temperatures not rising above zero.
