Tanzania: Mbao Eager to Pounce On Njombe Mji FC
Mwanza — MBAO FC Head Coach Etienne Ndairagije has warned Njombe Mji to expect turbulence when they meet them in the Azam Sports Federation Cup (ASFC) at Saba Saba Stadium in Njombe.
Speaking about his team's preparation for their tomorrow clash, Etienne said his players are well drilled for the mission. He said he was confident that his team will win the match at any cost and qualify for the next round.
The former Vital O Coach has confirmed their dependable right back Boniphace Maganga is back and fit to face Njombe Mji. Maganga missed two matches because of injury. He said his team's attacking and defending systems are foolproof, a situation he says assures him a landslide victory.
He promised Mwanza residents success and play again at the final stage as the team did last season. Mbao lost 2-1 to Simba SC in the ASFC final played at Jamhuri stadium in Dodoma. Mbao FC who are sponsored by GF trucks & Equipment managed to beat Makanyagio 5-0 and later went on to post 1-0 win over Kariakoo Lindi.
Commenting about the ongoing the Mainland Premier League, Etienne said the league is very difficult but can be easy if you train well. Mbao FC will face Simba next Monday at Uhuru Stadium and then they will travel to Mbeya to face Tanzania Prisons and Mbeya City at Sokoine Memorial Stadium.
